Change or modification of order

Changes or modifications of orders are made by calling 244122267, under the condition that the order hasn't been shipped. Every change or modification of an order means delay in its execution, as it needs to be canceled and re-entered in the system.

Cancellation of order

Cancellations of orders before their shipment are made without charge to the customer. Special orders don't get cancelled unless otherwise agreed.

Product returns

Product returns are accepted within fourteen calendar days from receiving the order, with charge to the customer and must be accompanied by the receipt of purchase or the Sales Invoice (in the event that a Sales Invoice - Dispatch Note was issued by our company).

The returned products must be in the same condition that the client received them in, meaning without having been unsealed or tampered with and of course without having been used. In the event that one or more of the criteria above applies, the return is not accepted. It is good for the customer, the moment their receive their order, to check the condition and intactness of the packaging in order to identify any obvious defects in the products of the order.

ATTENTION: In the event that the above conditions for the return of the product are not met, it is not accepted by our company and the order is to be returned to the sender with the sender's expense.

In case of returning products due to their characteristics not matching the ones of the order or because they are defective or damaged, the costs of returning and re-sending the products shall be at the expense of our company.

Return of certain products is NOT accepted if their packaging has been opened, for health protection and hygiene reasons, such as personal care products (creams, medical consumables, tights, masks, thermometers, etc.)

When it is not possible to replace the returned product or the customer does not wish its replacement, the refund is made within 30 days, from receiving the product from our company, by deposit to the customer's bank account.
